Preorders

First and most importantly , ALL items i sell are 100% authentic.

A major majority of the preorders i offer, stock is sourced from the U.S , hence , my preorders run off U.S release dates.

Bulk buyers are always welcome, please try to get in early as some releases sell out fast!!

Shipping times from the U.S to me vary quite a bit …………

A majority of orders shipping time will be 4-8 weeks, this varies due to size of order, actual freight flights in the sky,customs (could hold for up to 2 weeks) etc etc

The actual shipping time could be as short as 3 weeks and could go beyond 8 weeks, but in general, shipping times average is 4-8 weeks.

Please consider this before purchasing your preorder, as this is pretty much the only thing i cannot control!!

As soon as the item is in my hands, you will get a shipping notification with tracking number within 24 hours.

Shipping is FREE for all preorders (within Australia)

In most cases , items will be shipped with australia post (unless you notify me you prefer to use a different service)

Bulk orders will generally be sent with hunter express!!

All orders ship to the exact delivery address you have provided, if you have moved addresses, please email with your order number and new address!!

If we ship an item and it is lost due to incorrect address you will not be refunded, we will try our best to locate the parcel for you!

If we ship an item and it is returned due to incorrect address or  you do not collect from the post office , you will incur a 40% fee or another shipping fee to have the item resent!!

International shipments do have a possibility of incurring tax/fees/customs charges……..this is your responsibility!

Packages returned due to import charges incur a 40% fee and will not be resent!

Refunds/Cancellations

Preorders in general are guaranteed , the only circumstances the preorder would not happen is if the brand completely cancels the release , or , the size run is shortened!! In either case a full refund will be given!

If you(the buyer) choose to cancel your preorder, there will be a 40% restock fee……….

  e.g your preorder price is $400, your cancelation fee is $160, so you will only get refunded $240!

If you repeatedley cancel preorders, you will be banned from site, if you have a membership , your membership will be cancelled.
